I want to be author,i own a book finished,does anyone know where on earth i can attain a publishing agent?

Traditional publishers just don't know a good thing when they see one. Not adjectives traditional publishers actually made the BEST decision when it comes to choosing books. Do you know that several best selling authors have be turned down by publishers? Stephen King, author of Gone with The Wind and Chicken Soup have been rejected by publishers and be not even given the second glance.
It's fun that you get to see your book published with indistinguishable expertise and professionalism as the regular books that you see in bookstores.
Self-publishing entirely means that you get to retain full control of your book’s production and that it give you the option to publish your work and claim authority of the photos that you have chosen to be published.

The best thing to do is find some books already published that are similar to your own and then find out who the authors agent is. the info might be on the first few page but if not try e-mailing the author to ask him for some contact details. Be very careful here are loads of people out there trying to scam you! Do not pay for anything, the money flows towards the author. First the publishers, later the agent and then you. If someone asks for money to pay for publishing or making a book it's a scam.
