kk, so i'm writing a story and the two main characters decide they are going to prank the new guy impose they thin he's self centered and he keeps accidentaly doing things they don't like
but i inevitability a prank idea because right now, i'm drawing a blank, any ideas?

What's the point of making up a story if you don't make it up yourself?

Think about what you write for a bit, write it, and see if it works.
Who are these two main characters?
The prank they pick (e.g., public humiliation vs. practical practical joke in the office), its execution (do they screw it up?) etc. has far-reaching impact on their characters (as does their character on the prank--something tells me a shy or otherwise quiet but angry guy usually wouldn't step the public humiliation route in real life, right?). The prank also have impact on developing the story.
People like reading what they've already read.
The prank has to be something memorable. If you bring it hindmost later, which you _should_, it has to be something the reader can recall and so it's made relevant (and it's not in recent times another part of the story).
