Why is Shakespeare's "Hamlet" still studied today?
I have to write a 3 page essay about why Hamlet is still popular in today's world. I enjoy no idea why! Please give me some ideas so I can start my essay...thank you.

The theme that are in the play are still relevant today. The complexity of Hamlet's character alone is still worth studying and puzzling over.
Hamlet is a story full of suspense, intrigue and murder. As far as classical books go you could do much worse. Also, tons of the themes in Hamlet are recognizable today, such as the despair of Hamlet, suicidal tendency, quest for revenge, loss of friends, etc.
