5 minute presentation on tuesdays near morrie by mitch album?
what can i talk about?
so far i have:
o Tuesday's next to Morrie is a true story written by Mitch Album.
o It went through the meetings between Mitch and Morrie
Morrie was dying of ALS
o Describe ALS/ Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis/ Lou Gehrig's Disease- cause nerve cells in the body to die at a slow rate.
o Describe what Morrie have to go through- became paralyzed but felt constant distress. His body became more paralyzed, it starting with his legs and ending contained by nearly his whole body. There was no cure but now in attendance are ways you can slow the disease.
o In college Mitch was optimistic and looked toward a future as one a pianist.
o When he graduated he told Morrie he would keep contact because they were friends outside of class but he broke his promise
o 16 years then he worked all the time and did something that he didn't completely enjoy because he was successful at it and made deeply of money.
o He saw Morrie talking about his illness on the Ted Koppel Show and met next to him
o Every Tuesday they had a meeting where they talk about important things in vivacity
o By the end of the book Mitch was re-humanized and more open than even contained by college.
this doesnt quite take up all the time. what else should i sermon about?
