I'm trying to write a book almost....?
my experience with war. I am a victim of time of war, and i have lost my uncle to it.The iraq war that destroyed the whole country....anyways,how should i start my story?right presently im in canada, but i recall so many frightening, painful memories,especially the sound of that siren....plz help?

I would start with a memory but not a complete one. More of what you need nearby is just how you feel in one moment, maybe the sound of the siren. Then when you are part way through the memory surrounded by a really heart-stopping part, break to being in canada and someone is asking if you are ok because they could convey you were thinking about something painful. Then grant a summary of what happened to you. Then actually start the story at the beginning, perchance when your uncle left or shortly before. Hopes this helps. Good luck on your book.
For very soon just start writing notes about it, state of mind and the memories. Then the place to start will come to you.
