SCAM ALERT: What's the best agency to alert relations nearly this scammer?

At payforessay.com, Jordan Kavoosi hires editors and writers for pennies on the dollar. He strings them along, stating that he will pay a certain amount for one article to be written. Then, he says he won't wage unless another article is written--and another, telling the writers just to write it as a favor and not to be "greedy." Eventually, the writers have to quit. In response, he sends a onslaught of rude e-mails, and says that he will not pay.

He seems to consider himself better than his writers--despite his scarce grasp of his native language--because he bleeds them dry. He posts in many places, including Youtube, roughly speaking how stupid his writers are because he can get them to write for free. He considers himself to be some type of businessman; it's all just a power trip. Well, that's right; anyone is stupid if s/he works for this guy.

What's the best style to warn people about this scammer?
Answers:
Hate to read aloud it, but the publishing industry is full of guys like this. Freelance writers sometimes can wait months for a payment, even from reputable magazine, and let's not forget the poor suckers that pay to have somebody 'read' or 'critique' their work.

This guy actually sounds similar to an amateur compared to some of the scumbags out there . . .
This is an outrage. If you live within the same country as him, find his victims and counter-post Youtube videos saying "I be scammed by Jordan Kavoosi" as responses or links to his videos. This should warn people past its sell-by date. Get them to spread it via social networking platforms like Facebook. Eventually, due to small world theory (everyone's connected to respectively other by 6 people) you should be able to warn off a colossal network of people from doing "business" with Jordan Kavoosi.
You can send a email on him to Preditors and Editors:

Also email "Writer Beware" on this guy:

They're a non-profit watchdog group that loves to hear give or take a few scammers of all kinds in the writing industry.

Also the Bewares and Background Checks forum of Absolute Write.

You'll hold to join to post, but it is free, run by pros, and you won't get spammed.
Hmm i would say write an email about it and transport it to everybody and ask them to send it to everybody they know and so on.
And post on blogging websites, facebook, twitter, ANY website that alot of people go on. Spread the word if you involve help email me.
A great method to tell the writing community would be to address a literary agent. Find one with a popular blog. Let them know what is going on in a polite e-mail.

You grasp the English idiom well, and that means a lot to agents when you're trying to get hold of them on your side. Provide optional proof and links, but don't let that be the bulk of your e-mail.

With luck, a literary agent can help take the word out on this issue. Many have blogs followed by thousands of people in the writing industry.
