If someone looked-for to mostly disappear, where on earth could they dance, take money, draw from job, etc.?
I know it's very random, but I'm writing this story, and I'm just wondering, I own this character who is trying not be found away. If she ran away from home and she didn't want anyone to find her, what kind of things could she do to clear money? What could she do for a long period of time? Like work from home jobs or anything else, preferably things that she could do without a great deal of legal documents, etc. :-)

You could write before she leaves, that she take money from her parents.
Or.. to make things really UNREALISTIC.. she goes to a forest (or something), and discovers she can survive without anything... Maybe, I don't know. Trying to be creative ; )
to disapper, go to a big city. nightshift work at a diner or afactory. most places dont ask for much more than a name and an adress. money could be taken and earn. living in anynumber of small apartments, paying in cash everytime. to really stay bad the rader, thay cannot have any bank acconts or cards, unless they are under a sham name. change their apperence and congrats, you dont exist anymore
If I wanted to disappear, I would probably go to a really big city and carry some completely random and inane job where you didn't enjoy to deal with a lot of citizens, like grooming dogs or working the night shift at a twinkie packing plant. Too many ancestors like to have their characters disappear in a small town but, as anyone from a small town know, everybody quickly finds out your business.
