Kyra

Neira
My cousins name is Keira (Kee-rah) And I similar to that spelling the best.

I like Kayla better than Kaelah

I LOVE the name Delilah

I think Eva over Evah

Lilia instead of Liliah

and Lyla instead of Lyla.

I regard as Delilah Eve is nice instead of Delilah Eva...but that's just me.

I also like Lillian (My middle name) better than Lilia

So, yay! LOL
Out of all the K names I approaching Keira best.
Leila is okay.
Delilah probably isn't a smart choice with the biblical connotations and all.
Lilia is pretty, but Lila would probably be a good compromise because it's natural to say, read, spell, &c.
Hannah & Eva are nice!

If I had to create a set of triplets I would use Lila, Hannah, & Eva. They go particularly well together and they're easy on the eyes.
well i like:

Hannah
Lylah
Lilia

and my prefered spelling:
Kaira over Kyra
Kaila over Kaelah and Kayla
Leila over Leilah
Lilia over Liliah
Lyla over Lylah
Eva over Evah

within my order:
Lilia
Lyla
Leila
Kaira
Kaila
Eva

hope it helps
