Oh gosh, out of all the questions in B&A, i reckon this is the only one i can answer, so far. I've read little Dickinson, and nothing about her natural life, but i shall read about her on Wikipedia and see what her life was nearly....
I think her life was disheartening. She seemed very lonely. I'm glad she found a friend in Otis Phillips Lord.
