Writing a book somewhere within Europe...?
I am however aware that English(the only language I speak) is not the main poetry in many of the countries. If I still wrote all of the dialogue contained by English, would it be a big deal?

No, I don't think it would be a big traffic. Don't worry about it :) I'm writing a story in English around a group of friends in French-speaking Switzerland, and although I speak French fluently, I have to write the dialogues in English because the rest of the story IS English.
not at all; in certainty, far fewer people'd be able to read a dual language book approaching that. english dialogue in english books set in foreign countries is done all the time, but ive never see a dual language book like that!
but if you want to ground your language within that country, or even make up a country, it'd sound better if SOME place names, and occasional items, be in the language of that country (or made up language).
eg- village call deepvale sounds ok for an english palce name, but it'd be better translated to Dypvale (norwegian) valleyprofounde (french), or tiefe tal (german).
you can also try googling maps of the area you want- even in countries, places anmes, and old klanguages, change region by region...
