In Harry Potter who get the elder wand after Dumbledore be kill?
Cause Harry gets Draco's wand and since he took it from him by force it worked well for him, but not as well as one would expect the elder wand to work until he face off to Voldemort... so what happened?
Answers:
Here is the progression of the Elder wand starting with Grindelwald:
Grindelwald won the wand after taking it from Gregorovitch, the wandmaker. Dumbledore won the wand after dueling and winning against Grindelwald. After Dumbledore died, Voldemort took the wand from him, but he wasn't the true owner. He thought that Severus Snape be the true owner because Snape killed Dumbledore, which would make him the true owner. However, Dumbledore's death be planned between them. Because Draco was intended to kill Dumbledore, he is made the true owner of the wand. Because Harry dueled Malfoy at Malfoy Manor and won, Harry is ultimately the winner of the Elder Wand.
Hope this help!
I'm assuming you mean who have the allegiance of the Elder Wand, because it doesn't have to be won or taken physically, just that its allegiance is with some personage.
Draco won its allegiance after he disarmed Dumbledore on top of the Astronomy Tower. The Elder Wand was buried with Dumbledore, inside his white tomb. Draco still have its allegiance until Malfoy Manor in the last book, where Harry take Draco's hawthorn wand from him by force, and therefore winning the allegiance of the Elder Wand.
Later, Voldemort opens Dumbledore's tomb and take the actual Elder Wand without taking its allegiance into consideration. So Harry had its allegiance, which is why Voldemort couldn't use the Elder Wand to kill Harry at the exceedingly end. The Elder Wand would not turn on its own master (which is Harry).
Draco.
draco disarmed dumbledore (without consent) regardless of snape killing dumbledore (WITH consent). the wand's loyalty hence transferred to Draco.
Harry disarmed Draco (7th book) so next Harry became it's master.
Okay, Dumbledore has the Elder wand. He has it taken from him via the disarming spell by Draco. Snape kills Dumbledore. BUT Dumbledore still have the wand, he was buried with it. At that time, DRACO is the rightful owner, even though it was Snape that kill Dumbledore, and despite the fact that he does NOT have the wand on him (he still has his own). Harry overpowers Draco and gain true ownership of both Draco's wand AND the Elder wand.
Even though Voldemort stole the wand from Dumbledore's grave and used it, he is not the rightful owner, therefore not capable of using it right. He did NOT overpower the Elder wand's current owner, so he can't use it to its full potiental.
The wand goes by power and force, not by massacre (although that is what power usually equals to). So the wand's ownership goes like this:
Before Dumby > Dumby > Draco > Harry
The wand pass through hands like this, however:
Before Dumby > Dumby > Voldy > Harry > Back to Dumby (because Harry put it there) Source(s): Oh yes, I like Harry Potter means of access too much. ^___^
You get seriously of this in DH, the nutshell version goes close to this:
1. Draco disarms Dumbledore at the end of HBP. By doing so, Draco becomes the master of the Elder Wand, though he never touched it.
2. Snape kills Dumbledore. Since he did not slaughter Dumbledore while he possessed the Elder Wand, Snape was never its master--although Voldemort will think it is so later. The Wand is placed next to Dumbledore's body in his tomb.
3. In DH, Harry overpowers Draco and takes his wand. By doing so, Harry is now the master of Draco's wand AND the Elder wand, although Harry have yet to touch the Elder Wand.
4. Voldemort raids Dumbledore's tomb and takes the Elder Wand. Although he holds it, he is not its master and it does not work for him at its full potential.
5. Voldemort reason (wrongly) that possession to the Elder Wand went to Snape, who killed Dumbledore. Therefore, he kills Snape during the Battle of Hogwarts and therefor believe himself to be the Wand's master.
6. Harry correctly reason that he is the master of the Elder Wand and that the Wand will not kill him. He is correct, Voldemort dies and Harry is revealed as the master of the Elder Wand. He then uses the Wand to repair he Holly wand and returns the Elder Wand to Dumbeldore's tomb.
One other point. Although no one brings this up contained by the book, Harry is the master now of Voldemort's original Yew wood wand too.

Well, because Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore using Expelliarmus, the Elder Wand was rightfully his. And then Harry (me) disarmed Malfoy so the Elder Wand belonged to him (me). So when Voldemort took the Elder Wand out of Dumbledore's tomb and go to fight Harry with it, it didn't work because the wand wouldn't betray it's true master; Harry (me).
Well, the Elder Wand was in Snape's possesion after Dumbledore died, b/c Dumbledore intended Snape to be the owner. But the Elder Wand's true owner was Draco because he be the one who attacked the wand's owner (Dumbledore) last, so when Harry disarms Draco and gets his wand (which isnt the Elder Wand), he is actually the Elder Wand's true owner.
Then, as you know, Harry's wand from Draco beat Voldemorts supposed Elder Wand b/c the Elder Wand belongs to Harry.
Hope I helped.
