In Harry Potter 7,when Dumbledore see Snapes Patronus, why does Dumbledore articulate,"After adjectives this time?"?

He says that then Snape says,"Always." WHY?? Oh and this is surrounded by the chapter The Princes Tale.
Answers:
haha, yeah it's because it shows that snape is still in love beside lily, and this is shown because his patronus did not change.
Because he recognize that Snape's Patronus is Lily Evans' doe.

"After all this time?" means "Are you still in love near Lily Evans? After so long?"

And Snape says, "Always," to mean that he will always be surrounded by love with Lily.
he's still in love with lily, which is dumbledore's definitive proof of snape's loyalty to the order of the Phoenix.
It's because Snape be always in love with Lily Potter, and her patronous be a doe too. So since he loved her so much, their patronous was the same.
Because Lily's patronus was a doe too. It shows that Severus still loves her and hasn't moved on. You'll probably understand by the end of the book.
I think it's because Dumbledore never knew that Snape still loved Lily Potter after adjectives these years.
Because even though Lily had died years before that, Snape be still in love with her and his Partonus still matched hers. I swear, if you look up the phrase "true love" in the dictionary, there'll be a picture of Snape looking at Lily.
Because Snape is still surrounded by love with Lily Potter after all this time.
