Sarah Palin's book is due for release subsequent month, (November), why have it be number 1 within sale since August?
Sarah Palin hadn't finished her book when the release date was estimated for January, but then changed to November.
However, since the book announcement, her book then become the number one seller and it still hasn't been released, yet.

Since it was talked about greatly on every news channel, the publisher made it available for pre-order on all the highest website (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.). When people pre-order a book, it ships early enough for it to arrive at their door the sunshine of release.
