Cool story persona?
im writing a book and there is a character that is cheery, powerful, childlike (and i mean like 13), smart, quick, and for a time on the pompous side, but i would like to know of some other characters from other stories like that, age, race, and masculinity don't matter as long as he/she is like my description

I think you pick up your character by making him pompous.
The first character that comes to mind is from a really old book that I can't remember the designation of. It's a Classic, though, but don't worry too much about it.
The only point you need to make your character awesome is to remember he's human, and have flaws, but also good parts about him as well. Develop your behaviour, his background, his personality, and make him YOUR individuality. There will always be thousands of characters that could fit that description, what makes a good one though is the time the author puts into developing their behaviour.
