1700 Classic Literature?? What books are renowned?

My teacher is assigning us a book that she loves and has read like 4 times and said it is from 1700's and it's close to a classic or from the classics? idk - but she won't tell us until next week and I wanted to see if I could integer it out - you could figure it out ;)

She said the book is quite lengthy and it is more of a girls book and it's have like romance but a lot of other themes too. idk

Help! lol

Thanks!!

Most promising "Moll Flanders"
Hmm well I be pulling for Little Women but evidently that was the 1800s. Clarissa, Or The History of a Young Lady was written in the 1700s and is resourcefully over 500 pages.
Moll Flanders – Daniel Defoe is definetly a classic but you will have to check Wikipedia to see if there is any romance to it (sorry haven't read this one yet).
Moll Flanders by Daniel Defoe
Tom Jones by Henry Fielding,
Tristam Shandy by Laurence Stern
Pamela by Samuel Richardson, ,
The Castle of Otranto by Horace Walpole
Love surrounded by Excess byEliza Haywood

I've eliminated the ones which aren't "Girls books" like Gulliver's travels and Robinson Crusoe. I've also added some that are elss well certain based on that same fact.
