What do you focus??
ok i just finished my book and im confused between three names for it.
THE DELL OF WITCHES
OR
THE WITCHES DELL
OR
THE WITCHES VALLEY
please its a serious question i know that the purpose is the same but with what name will formulate you buy the book?
Answers:
I would be more inclined to pick up a book that had a title 'The witches Dell', it would have me wanting to know more fairly than it being overly obvious.
Congratulations and best of luck with what you resolve!
I might be the odd chica out for saying this, but I'd recommend The Witches' Dell. I think that the entitle just sticks out to me. It's not a common word to use and it intrigues me and gives me an thought that the author has a better way with words.
I contemplate, really, though, that any of them are good. I just like the word dell. It's brief, a upright, compact word, and it makes me curious to know what lies beyond the title.
But, either way, it's well brought-up. :)
Lastly, congratulations for finishing your book! I always love checking the Answers and seeing so many creative people! I hope that this help and celebrate finishing your work! Woo hoo!
The Witches Valley would catch me to buying the book, it sounds sleek
Witches Valley
Whenever I see "dell" I think of the computers
(brilliant advertising, huh?)
I think The Witches' Dell is the most evocative. "Dell" is a more magical sounding word than "valley," and somehow the shorter version of the title near that word in it grabbed me a little more irresistibly. For one item, it suggests more strongly that the witches own the dell and don't just pass through or camp there--so beware, anyone who sets foot within it!
The Witches Valley sounds so much better.
