That's a nice essay, I did that play for AS. I'm not going to tell you all of what I think, that would be plaigerism on your bit, but I'll try and give a helpful hint. One of the primary themes is desire. Which of these character understand love as desire? Who's passion overthrow inhibition? Who romanticises, and who is brutish in their approach? Also, theirs a certain character where on earth purity comes into it (hint; It begins with a M)

If you divide the characters into there geographical positions, you can also see Blanche's ideals contrast beside all the other characters, and how all else has bent to the current age of America. However, Blanche is an unrepressed hypocrite, and her madness also effects her approach.
Just one more thing, have an idea that about who is loking for protection and who is protected.

That's how I'd think of it. Try to be original, though! Hope this help a bit.
Ive only simply started studying this in A2, but could it be that Stanley is attracted to women due to their apearance and he has more of a sexual desire than love? although he must love stella.
i think stella conceivably loves stanley because hes so different to the way she was brought up... but i cant really give u concrete answers becuase i havent done much in the region of it yet.
i hope this gave u some ideas
