Answers:
When you say books "like" Robert Jordans, do you mean an epic fantasy near many books in a series? Or do you mean similarities between magical worlds?

Either course, If you like the Wheel of Time series, then the Mistborn series is a must. It is written by Brandon Sanderson who is finishing the Wheel of Time series.

Mistborn is a trilogy, with really intriguing tricks and great characters. The best part about it is the fact that the climax is unpredictable. The characters may not have as much depth as some do in the Wheel of Time series, but they are believable and there travels make sense. All in all it is a worthwhile read.
