Is the copyright entity the publisher?

I'm trying to do a bibliography but most of the websites only show the copyright person. And there is also no author so what should I do? When I do the book bibliography do I own to right out the street name and city and state for the publishing place?
Answers:
If there is no author, then you cite using the title. You do not have need of the street name.

I am a librarian. There are several ways to do a bibliography. APA, MLA, University of Chicago, & Terabian.
