Ending my short story ?!?
I'm writing a short story on racism for English and it's about an asian boy that attempts to make it on the basketball team and have been getting bullied recently etc ... He switches schools to obtain away from it all and then joins the troop there. The two schools have a team game facing each other and with 30 seconds surrounded by the game left (them being tied) .. I know predictable haha I'm not exactly creative. Anyways, so he score the last basket. I don't want that to be the ending though. Have you ever notice in short stories there is that one line at the wind up that like makes you think , or is some sort of verbs? I'm trying to find something like that. Any ideas :)

hmmm, I'm not really good at this, but you could own the opposing team realize how they acted. Some of the more responsible players of the other team could apologize, or at lowest acknowledge that they were judgmental toward him., and the very end could be the remaining players still bullying and judge him, because this will show that racism is still a problem in today's society.
