Did Lauren Conrad really write her book or did someone write most of it for her?

it's hard to believe she actually wrote that considering she has her tv show which is a actuality tv that doesn't require any effort
Answers:
Doesn't event, It was horrible.
I wondered the same thing. In interviews I saw she said she wrote it, but who know. Also, I didn't understand the point of the book. If anyone watched the show one time they knew what go on. I read the preview chapters and it wasn't very good.
While I haven't read it and have no desire to, I imagine she (as all right as the tons of other celebs who "write" books) had ghost writers and if not, later probably a huge team of editors and whatnot.
Well she does give the impression of being you know.. not smart enough to write L.A. Candy.
I think she had the hypothesis and the main like ploy but she got a pro to write it. or I don`t know her editor was like super good ;)
i think she wrote it and i considered necessary to read it, but now im not so sure...
It wouldn't matter, because it sucks anyway.
haha i doubt she wrote it on her own. she probably have lots of help. and even if she did write it on her own the book was basically something like the show. she just changed names and some scenarios.
