A Tale of Two Cities?
Ok, so I have to read this book called a tale of two cities by charles dickens for english. I bought the book, and started reading the first page, and it be really boring... to anyone who's read this book, can u tell me if it's actually good? or is it similar to this for the whole book?

if you look at it from the stand point that it is an important piece of literature with a strong message, it is especially good, or at least I thought it was and I read it six years ago around
It was my favorite of all the boring books that they made us read surrounded by Literature. It is a hard read for people who suck at Literature, but the movie and going through it with the guru and class made it really interesting. They picked up on more than I did and I really ended up loving it.
The language is old fashioned, and you must keep it up and make yourself learn to read thoroughly.
However, it is a moving story.
A pious help for you would be to watch the old movie interpretation. That way you'd have an idea of how the story go, which would increase your understanding of what you are reading.
