I want to become a writer, but how?
I know i have to go to college and all that but i want to start getting into it already. Learning the prime stuff and to have perfect grammar.
English is my second expressions and i find myself in a problem every time i try to express myself in writing but i know that with practice i can grasp over it. But i need a path to follow, a good book that could edify me that would be just perfect.

I work with writers on a daily basis. I am also a published writer. I would right to be heard that the best thing you can do is read as much as possible and write as much as possible. Consider setting up a blog, if only to teach yourself the discipline needed. A blog will also support fine tune your English and build your confidence.
The best books to "teach" you how to write are other books contained by the same genre that you want to write (non-fiction, fiction, fantasy, romance, etc.) Read lots of books/stories like the the ones you want to write, and impersonate the writers' styles. Try reading slower than you normally would and pay attention to the author's grammar and style. When you come across a word you don't know, look it up.
The more you read, the better your conception of how to write will become.
To Become a writer you don't need to go to college, however if English is your 2nd terminology it may be helpful to take some writing classes or attend a workshop to improve your writing skills.
You could also travel to your local library, they would have quite a few books about getting published and the stucture of stories etc. (i know my'n does)
Good luck!!
You don't need to go to college to be a writer.
I've only completed my freshmen year...in good health...maybe not completed it...did I take enough classes for that?
aneways, I'm not surrounded by school right now. I'm taking the semester and possibly the year off to complete my first original. I hope to get it published.
See? No college needed.
You say English is your second language. What's wrong beside writing in your native tongue? Or did you want to write it in English?
To answer your cross-question about how you become a writer, it's actually very simple: You write.
I see others own recommended some good books for you to read.
So, I would look those up and read those if you wish to write in English.

Wanting to become a writer is a good start; however, the problem next to actually becoming and calling yourself a writer is difficult.
A lot, and I mean A LOT, of people who telephone call themselves writers aren't writers at all. To be a writer means that you have to write. Writing correspondence doesn't count. Writing e-mails doesn't count. Chatting online doesn't count. Also, you have to be a reader. A writer cannot call himself a writer without man an avid or close-to-avid reader. Reading helps you to analyze different styles an author has. Not to mention, by reading you also develop or pick up certain styles and skills depending on the type of books that you read.
Perfect sentence structure: bullshit. The best of writers experiment. Open up any book and you'll notice that most of them are not grammatically correct, especially all or most of the fiction / creative non-fiction books on the shelves of bookstores today. What you want to do is to LEARN grammar so you can USE it to your ADVANTAGE. Do you want to furnish a sense of rush to your reader through words then what you will want to do. is. to. make. your. reader. feel. rushed. through. manipulate. grammar. (Yes, that was an example.)
It also takes self-control, and a lot of it. Do not, and never, expect your first draft of anything that you write to be perfect. If you are struggling with writing a story that you think in your head and feel similar to you cannot write it down on paper "right," just write it down on paper or type it out anyway, and do not stop until you are finished. You can other go back and change things to your soft spot. And whatever you write, in general, will never be exactly as how you looked-for it to be.
I could go on and on about this, but it'll end up one too long. Go to the bookstore and find books that'll help you write. There are books with prompts that you can write stories to to help you return with started. There are books where you can learn character nouns and dialogue. Books for story and plot development. Books on and for anything about writing. Some of the best writers never got their scope in something related to English.
The book I am currently reading and HIGHLY recommend if you want to write fiction (or creative non-fiction) is this one:
"Writing Fiction" by Burroway. Source(s): Creative Writing major. ;P
Well firstly you hold to know what type of books you want to write and then you have to use your imagination to think of a story vein and then to make everything mix in beside it like characters and objects and stuff
