Good Book Recommendations?

I can't think of anything to read, so I need a long list of books to occupy myself with.
I like realistic fiction and sometimes fantasy, and books that are both entertaining but good literature. Do you know any books that will hook me yet give me something to think about?
Thanks to anyone who answers.
