In the book, what is the main character Lia's Full name? everywhere i look i cant find he end name. Thanks so much!!

She uses her mother's maiden name and her fathers. Cassie call her that when she calls her on the phone and her mother calls her by her full name once.

I don't think that it says which age that they were. It doesn't utter how old they were when they first developed eating disorders. I imply, it says that Cassie was eleven when she first became bulimic, but after that it doesn't enunciate when Lia became anorexic, though it was definitely after Cassie developed bulimia. They made the bet, my best guess is sometime between the ages of twelve and fourteen.
But Lia didn't enter treatment until she be sixteen so it could be later. But the author didn't give any age, or at least not one that I can retract.
