How do you catch philosophy for novel?
I want to write a novel in my spare time (i am only 11) but i cant imagine of an idea. How do you get your ideas for novel? thats what i wanna know.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. If you have an impression that you would be fine with me using i would also take that as an answer.
P.P.S. If you give me an opinion note: i like writing horror (thriller) and mystery. (mostly horror and im better at it)
Thanks again

i usually use other people's personal experiences or my dreams for innovative ideas. i mainly focus on young mature audiences though, so it may be a little easier for me. i carry around a notebook where i can write my thinking in since they can happen at any random moment. sometimes a soul will just say a sentence and it will sprout an idea within my head. other times its about brainstorming and what idea or sense you want expressed.
good luck! hope this helped.
I also like to write horror. Usually, I start with thinking about a word. A word which can administer you an idea of something, an event or a place, or a man's personality. Write down a list of words which come across to tell you something really interesting. Read the words, and try making a short one-page story using them. For example, the word 'danger' can make you think more or less someone who is in trouble, who is in danger. Read the story sensibly and use it as an outline for your novel. Then try thinking about how you can expand the story.
Hope this helps you.
It's not intricate to come up with an idea, the hard work is developing it. I'm writing one at the moment and enjoy 2 in planning stage (one needs a heap of research T.T). But you involve to find an idea you like and play with it for a while to see if it can jar out to be a great story.
But sorry, I don't give away my ideas.
Hi there, i'm 12 and trying to write a innovative to. Now this may seem a little odd but most family get there best idea while taking a shower (trust me it really help you think of an idea!) Or just a special place surrounded by general were your thoughts run wild, approaching mine used to be this swing i would swing on for hours and i would always get good impression while i was swinging. good luck with your book!
I get my thinking from dreams, other books, video games, or just seeing something unusual. Okay, weird, but once I got an belief from seeing a chewed up piece of gum on the floor in Walmart.
I write fiction, and the ideas I get are for combat, pendants, armor, creatures, elements...
You really own to give stuff a good look. When you do, you get great philosophy.
Tip:
I keep a little journal surrounded by my purse and when I get an idea, I write it down or draw a sketch. Then, later on my writing time (7:00 PM, save earlier sometimes), I expand the idea and make it chunk of the book, or save it for later.
Good luck on the novel!
Hope you preserve writing Forever Thirteen!

Where writers get their inspiration from is different to every writer. I speak of the "inspiration"...the initial impression which can come in form of a scene, general idea, etc.... not the story itself. The story you purely have to come up with from your own imagination for the most part.
Dreams seem to be to be fairly common, I have used dreams as scene in my writings before or as inspiration. Take the dream and ask yourself...ok, now whats going on here...why is doesn`t matter what happening happening, ....what happened in the past?, ....what might happen next? etc
Also, simply life is a appropriate place to start. Of course it depends on what your writing but take something simple. Like for horror...think of what scares you, afterwards unfold it. Why does it scare you, whats a good way of portraying this anxiety as in whats a good setting for this, what action can give somebody a lift place. Like I said...its all in your head you lately have to make it come out.
Now the most common inspiration for writing comes through the medium. No...I don't mean plagarize or steal ideas. I mean of late watch movies and read books. If your mind works like a writer you should already have your come first buzzing with these questions when you read/watch them but .... ask yourself stuff like. How would different characters take action to this, what would make this story better, oooh that was a cool scene....what if more had be done with it, if the world worked like this instead how would it have happen? etc....etc...etc....
This is kind of a scary one and I don't want you to misunderstand my point. I don't mean view a movie and then improve it and rewrite it in your route. I mean examine things you admire, concepts you enjoyed, characters you like, and take all those parts and write your own unique story around those randomn bits of concept and thoughts.
Personally....my mind is constantly running with randomn thoughts and ideas that never come to any real point. But when I stipulation them to I start thinking about what I need and often a solution will present itself within a way you didn't expect. Writing is kind of a journey and you never know where on earth you will end up. 99% of my stories have ended up individual completely different than I originally planned them to be because the story seems to grow of its own accord. You just inevitability a starting point, one small thing, then start brainstorming and expanding that thought until it becomes an concept...then eventually a plot.
