The detail is pretty good, I could see the different scenes play out in my mind. although this isn't really my favorite genre, I feel it would sell. Good luck!

You've get a interesting idea, and indeed it is worthy of looking at. There are a few things you need to do though.
First, a lot of publishers don't close to prologues and a lot of readers don't read them. Make this the first chapter instead.
Second, the first paragraph should grab me and drag me into the story. It started to, but it dropped my interest as you get into the character description. You can tell me what he looks like latter in the chapter.
Third, don't tell me his actions, show me what he's doing. I want to experience the doings not observe it as if i was watching TV.
Finally fourth, That first sentence is a doozy, break it up. It's way too long. And keep under surveillance your use of LY words, most of the time, you can describe in better words what that one LY word means giving depth to the story.
A last transcribe, watch the swear words. Some people are turned off from a great story because of personal choice. Leave the intimate details of the story to the reader imagination.
