Names for a part?

Okay, I need two names. Sorry. But you can get name for one or both or whatever. First, the book I'm writing is set in 1830 Britain in the countryside. Okay, presently for the characters. The main character is a girl. She's about sixteen, comes from a fundamentally wealthy, well-respected family, and they're mostly French. She has long, obscurity brown hair, pale skin, dark blue eyes, and is give or take a few 5'6" tall. Her personality is very spoiled, strong-willed, bossy, spiteful, clever, manipulative, and she's very well-behaved in public and when around other people, but at home she's a bit of a horror. I'd prefer a French name, but if you think another one would really suit her, that would work, too. The other character is a guy. He's a vampire (no, please do not comment on that). He's something like two hundred years old and also came from France-Lille, to be exact. He's about 6'1 1/2" elevated, lean, has reddish-blonde hair, light green eyes, and pasty skin (duh!). His personality is very easily amused by most individuals, playful, determined, mysterious, slightly arrogant, intelligent, charming, and charismatic. It's very hard to make him angry, but when you do, it's similar to an explosion. Names? Thanks.

Popular names of any period echo who was famous or royal at the time. Find out who was on the throne of France and England 20 years in the past your characters were born. England probably George, so I'd go for Georgina and him, post French revolution, so maybe Louis if supporters of royalty or one of the leaders of the revolution. Easy to pronounce anyway.
