PLEASE i call for an concept for a toxic spectator sport?
When I say 'deadly game' I don't mean drink-driving, or standing in front of a train, or... anything.
What I mean is some sort of annual game which is publicised on the TV, with loads of supporters, but everybody, essentially dies.
FOR EXAMPLE.
The Hunger Games- Suzanne Collins
The Long Walk- Stephen King
In the Long Walk, 100 boys enter a competition where on earth they have to walk 500 miles. If you sit down, or drop under four miles an hour, you are shot. There is individual one person who lives which is the winner who kept walking.
I need something resembling this, PLEASE. please don't give me 'get your own imagination' because I KNOW that I should, but I cannot think of anything and I need this for my English Coursework.
Please help out.
Answers:
Maybe a deadly version of the reality TV shows set surrounded by a jungle or on a desert island - instead of voting for a contestant to be evicted, viewers vote for someone to be killed. Or the trials that they face could be likely or trustworthy to kill them.
Maybe something based on the gladiatorial games in ancient Rome.
Perhaps a web filled with deadly traps, where on earth the contestants have to get from one side to the other. These might give you some design:

An interesting idea in The Adventure Game is that the players are supposed to work as a team, but one of them is clandestinely working against the others.
how bout a game where all the contested are any good at everything they do or think they are. the game is a quantity of things like crossing a tight rope over a huge drop or fist fighting with ordnance or something. but alot of games would have to be created so thats where your imagination comes in. and if they do smaller amount then perfect there executed via crusified, shot, or "intuitive causes" haha. i hope thats a good idea. good luck
