Is the Kindle e-book reader available surrounded by the UK? if so, where on earth can I buy it?

You cannot order the Kindle device or the Kindle books on Amazon right now if you are outside the United States. So even you get the Kindle device stale eBay, it will be a headache to get the digital content inside, unless you find a U.S. credit card with U.S. delivery address... It is said that they may be paid it international available in the future, but this is mentioned since the Kindle 1 was launch and no additional information so far...
