What do you deliberate nearly the Kindle?
Hello! I am considering asking for a Amazon's Kindle reading device as a Christmas present, and was hoping to get some feedback on it. If you have one, how do you resembling it? What additional functions do you use it for besides reading? Can you still browse the internet on it? Do you feel like the cost of paperwork is a good value? Is the screen surrounded by color? Does it feel durable, or light and flimsy? And, if you've ever had problems near it, does Amazon repair or replace?
Sorry for all the questions! I was purely really hoping to get some feedback from real folks off the Amazon site. Thank you!
"> The Kindle would be such a nice Christmas present. :)
To answer your question:
1) I love my Kindle.
2) I use it to read magazines, newspapers, and files from my computer. I also use it to look up words when I'm reading. (very nice feature beside an integrated dictionary). Oh, and I can't forget to mention the dogear feature, the note feature, and the call attention to feature. All very useful.
3) I can browse the internet, but it's clunky. I wouldn't do it unless I be really desperate. Browsing the Amazon Kindle store is easy, however.
4) The screen is B/W. Images look pretty decent, but not unflawed.
5) It's durable, but I wouldn't want to drop kick it. It's about the weight of a trade paperback. It's jammy to hold.
6) I have never had a problem with my Kindle. I've one and only had it 4 months.
As for the next version, within is no release date set yet. It won't be out before Christmas. But they are working on it. Source(s): http://kindelfan.blogspot.com
