MY MOM ACCIDENTALLY STEPPED ON HER AMAZON KINDLE! Is in attendance any route to fix it?
it seems to have a small crack in it...
she get it for her birthday last february and she loves that thing.
not to mention that it was $400!

Answers:
There is a fixed warranty that covers defects. If it breaks because of a defect, they will replace it. If it breaks for any other reason, they will not.
