What are some of paperwork the Kindle offer? ?
I know amazon lists some of them but other than those. Also what does a typical book cost? Does the Kindle have any magazine?
Answers:
It has like 85,000 books to choose from. You're probably going to find most of the popular books on there. If it's an Amazon e-book after it's probably available for the Kindle. Books usually cost around $10 or less.
And yes, there are magazines for the kindle. They cost around $1.25 per magazine and if you choose to, you can enjoy them wirelessly delivered to you Kindle.
Kindles are amazing. Source(s): Mom owns one and I use it quite a bit
Amazon currently offer around 185,000 titles in the Kindle format (as opposed to the 85,000 that another poster claimed). With that number of books available, you can find books in any genre you might be interested surrounded by. New releases typically sell for $9.99, although books with high publicity might be more. Even if they are more, they still cost smaller quantity than the dead tree version. And once books are released in paperback, the Kindle revision becomes less expensive, too. If you want to see if a particular book is available within Kindle format, go to Amazon's website, and instead of "All Departments," choose "Kindle Store."
There are also many resources for books that are public domain. Since these books are no longer under copyright, you can take them for free in Kindle format. Also, you can buy ebooks directly from some publishers. Tor and Baen are two examples. There are 18 magazines currently offered on the Kindle, and several newspapers as in good health. Question for Amazon Kindle owners?
I'm extremely interested in getting a Kindle 2 (I've never owned an electronic reading device) but I'm worried about how long it will last. I realize that the Kindle 2 is strictly new, and nobody has probably had it long plenty for it to fail on them, yet, but what about the Kindle 1? I've hear that once...
