Thoughts on the scuffle of the Kindle vs Nook?

Hi guys,
I was just wandering what you individually thought about the two products on:
1)Which is better?
2)Pros and Cons of each
3)Which have better web browsing?
4)If you've bought one are you happy next to it or regret buying or rather have the other?

All your assist will be appreciated as I'm debating on whether to buy one and if so which of the two.

Answers: I have neither. I use a Sony Reader (besides the point)

I would lean towards Kindle here.
Kindle
Pros: not a short time ago wi-fi but 3G, which means you don't need a hotspot. Better trellis browsing
Cons:uses it's own format, which means buy books from Amazon, or search respectively digital bookstore to check if their format is compatible
Nook
Pros:uses epub format which is nearly universal, lend feature (although not very masses books available for this)
Cons:Color touchscreen at the bottom of the reading pane can bother your eyes while reading, kind of bulky compared to what else is out there, complex price than equivalent Kindle
I prefer the Nook. It has wi-fi too, both in the store and somewhere you can connect. It isn't back lit like the Kindle so it doesn't hurt your eyes. It's more close to reading paper. Also, they have a color peak coming out soon. The page turning buttons on the Kindle are a little more durable and both of their keypads suck. Direct sunlight does effect the Nook's visibility, but all you enjoy to do is sit in the shade or hold it away from the insubstantial. For me, I like walking into Barnes & Noble a lot more than logging on to Amazon, so I sent my money to the place that I needed to stay in business.
If you want the best trellis browser you need an Ipad or similar device. The Kindle and the Nook basically hold the same features in a different satchel with a different screen. I suggest the Nook looks classier. Both have audio capabilities for audio books. Amazon offer a lot more small time author's material and lit mag type stuff. Barnes & Noble have plenty of books too, but not so many from random writers near websites.
