I'm a Kindle 2 owner and I like it very much. It is not with the sole purpose the books are cheaper on the Kindle than the paperback version, but also the convenience it brings, and the idea that you can hold adjectives the books you love in this single handy device. I simply don't need to buy actual books any longer, only have all books in this device, lifetime...
Indeed, it have helped me to utilize my time, and do my work more efficiently. Now the Kindle fills my waiting time every year. Before I get the Kindle 2, the waiting time like when I'm waiting for my friend is simply wasted, in a minute it is simple that I only need to bring the handy Kindle device with me.
Another article I like the most is the text-to-speech function, which means I can "read" books without even holding or looking at the Kindle. So I can use it only just like the ipod, for books rather than music.

If you're not a big reader, the Kindle probably won't be that big of a deal to you. But, if you read a LOT like I do then it's one of the best things since sliced bread. For one, it eliminate all the clutter of books in the house (I read at least a book a week and they pile up fast).
The other piece is that you can download a book at any time, so if you finish a book up and want to start another but don't feel like going out to the store then you can a moment ago download one.
Thirdly, it's really convenient for going on trips or vacations because instead of lugging a bunch of books around with you, you can simply bring this little device and have adjectives the reading you want.
You can also read newspapers and magazines on it! Source(s): http://www.revolutionarywirelessreadingd…
