I guess you mean the Kindle with color screen, but not color luggage. Probably, but I think it will not happen so soon. Kindle DX is announced to be out this summer, and I think it will be moderately a period for the color version to come out...
And even for case of the device, I've never see a Kindle in red. I think there is presently only some accessories with baggage in red colour, but not the device itself. Right now all the Kindle 2 devices own exactly the same outlook.
