Why is Amazon Kindle NOT available in Canada??

This is because Amazon doesn’t deliver Kindle outside of United States yet. Here is the quick and easy guide to work around this:
- Simply arrange near your local shipper that allows you to buy products from other countries
- Go to Amazon and log into or create an account with Amazon if you do not already have one
- Place your Kindle directive
- Have Amazon shipped it to a US address you arranged with your local shipper in the first step
- Monitor the delivery progress beside your local shipper as they deliver your Kindle to Canada from the US

I agree that the Kindle is the best. But if you're outside the United States, I'll suggest you to go for the Sony Reader instead, which is the best alternative of the Kindle. There is a righteous review here:
