Has anyone listen to a book on Kindle? How did the voice nouns? Was it clear resembling a unadulterated people voice, or?

was it that typical computer robot sounding voice?
Answers:
It is pretty like a human voice, though it is actually not. I remember I've watch a video at the end of this page. At the end of the video there is a demonstration of the text-to-speech function of the Kindle:

So it will automatically turn page as the Kindle read the book to the end of a page. And you can set the voice reading speed of the Kindle.

Hope it helps :)
I think it is not legitimate person's voice, but it reads like a human being. It is not discouraging in my opinion. There is a simple review about this too:

Ok so this might sound really stupid, but i was wondering if with the Kindle 2 system, would you be required to re buy files you already own? Like if i want to read a book i already have in paper on it, would i be forced to re buy it on the Kindle 2?...
