Is it possible to purchase an Amazon Kindle contained by Australia, for use contained by Australia?
After looking at all the functions and resources available on the Kindle supplied by Amazon in the USA, including downloading of books, magazines etc, is the equivalent available contained by Australia. If so, where from?, if not, will it be in the adjectives? and is there a approximate date of release?

No, you cannot buy it directly in Australia. You need an account and credit card near a United States address to buy a Kindle online.
If you know someone in the United States, they could get it for you and mail it to you.
You will still be capable of use all the features except downloading content wirelessly.
