Does Amazon enforce it's rule nearly bidding on trademark words (like "kindle") on Google AdWords?

Can I stop bidding on "kindle" keywords and still have my ad on Google contain the word "kindle"?
"> Generally speaking trademark words are usually off margins. Unfortunately, it can be hard to tell because some companies are pickier about it than others.

The best piece to do is to contact Amazon and ask for clarification about what you can and cannot do. They'll appreciate it when you take the time to ask. If they don't seem to furnish you a plain answer, then it's just better to promote another product.
