My feminine lionhead is acting terratorial twords me she be bred almost 26 days ago is she equipped to kindle?
my female lionhead has removed everything from one corner of the cage and she is merely sitting there. when i get in the enclose with her she growls and lunges twords me I bred her with my male give or take a few 26 days ago but wasnt sure if she got pregnant and cant tell if by palpating her if there are any kit what should I do and can anyone tell me if she is showing signs of kindling

Babies typically arrive on day 30 or 31, but I hold had does kindle on day 28 and as late as morning 35.

Are you working on the lionhead standard? You should probably research it some as I don't think they passed at Convention this year, so the newest party with the certificate could potentially revise the working standard. Cute bunnies. Good luck.

Rabbits are gravid for 30 days (give or clutch a day) The female should have a nest box with verbs (NO MOLD) straw,,, and privacy. No belly squishing for babies,, no hanging around messing with her. They want solitude,quiet, and to be not here alone at this time. I've found that the most defensive moms,, as a whole, make the best moms. But, if you don't provide what she wishes it can turn a happy occasion sour. Don't fret :o) ,you'll know one way or another within just a few more days. Good luck!
