I regard I'm going to get it. I'd love to wait until a second version comes out, but I'm bleak at waiting lol. From reviews of the kindle and such, I don't think there are too many problems to verbs about.
I focus it's pretty cool but the price is too high and the cost of books is too high.
It will probably only appeal to inhabitants who travel a lot and have more disposable income, and a few early adopters.
Not until the price point comes down to 150 - 200 dollars, I won't even consider it.
And I repugnance to say it, but until more "free" ebooks show up on Limewire or torrents that will work on the device, not that many people are going to switch from buying paperbacks, or even buying used paperbacks or going to the library.
I think the price is if truth be told reasonable given the unlimited free broadband service. It'd be different if you had to shift to a hotspot, but this works anywhere. Still, I'll be waiting until version 2.0, when they work out whatever kinks are within this one. It's a great idea, and there are books much cheaper than 9.99 available. I was freshly on the site and they range from 20 cents to 1000 dollars. What will be annoying is the inability to use .pdf files, but that'll be hackable eventually (shhh!, lol) so I wouldn't worry about that. Source(s): amazon.com, wikipedia.com
