I own the Kindle 2 and I love it. If you're thinking about to capture one, you are lucky as Amazon recently announced a price slash on the Kindle 2. It is now selling $60 cheaper than the price I got my Kindle... So pilfer the chance.

You can read it just like a book, but it also have a text-to-speech feature that will read the book aloud if you engage it.

for me the great thing about a kindle is that it can hold many books. If I find bored with one I've got 20? 30? or more to choose from.
