Keeping books on my 2 kindle, Version 2 and DX?

I have a Kindle 2 which is small and perfect for reading in bed or while traveling, I also lately bought a DX version for during the day when a larger screen would be functional.

I have 400 books on my Kindle 2, I want to keep them on it, is there a process of loading these books onto the DX and keeping copies on the Kindle 2 at the same time ?

Both versions are for my own personal use..

Thanks for your time..
Answers:
Are the 400 books bought from Kindle store? All books you bought are actually stored as Amazon archives, and a copy is stored on respectively of your Kindle devices (up to 6 devices that you can share your books). So just register your new Kindle DX with your Amazon reason, you can then download any books you previously purchased from Amazon archives. At the same time, the books are still kept within your Kindle 2, they will not be lost.

If books are not bought from Kindle store, guess you have a copy on your computer right? Just copy those books again to your new Kindle DX, and all books will appear contained by both of your device.

There is a full instruction here about all these:

A good comparison between Kindle 2 and Kindle DX can be found here, btw, if you're interested:
