How durable is the Kindle 2?
I really want a kindle because it will save me a ton of money, but I am worried about some reviews that I have read. Some enunciate that the Kindle 2 is sturdy and hardy enough to last a long time, others say it is flimsy and anodyne. I Have even seen one saying that the device fell a total of five inches to the ground and busted entirely. I'd like some answers from definite owners, or those with expierence.

I have the Kindle 2 and I love it. I think I've read over 30 books next to it up to now, no glitches so far.
I always have my Kindle inside the skin when I'm carrying it, and it gives quite a secure protection. When I'm reading beside the Kindle, I think it is difficult for me to break it. Sometimes, I feel it is easy for me to drop and break my mobile as it is small, but the Kindle is similar to a book size. Just imagine when you're holding a "thin" book, it is not easy for you to drop it...

And if you don't feel safe, you can get the 2 years extended warranty of the Kindle 2. They will replace you next to a new one even if you break it, so you can use your Kindle device without any worries within 2 years:
