Can you read fanfiction.lattice on your Kindle 2?
I am really interested in buying a Kindle 2 but I want to know is it possible to read fanfictions on this device?
How is browsing to other web pages? Screen shots would be awfully helpful, thank you!

Yes, I often go to fanfiction.lattice too with my Kindle 2. It works quite well next to such text heavy website. Actually I used the Kindle to browse this site and also wikipedia and google, and also check my emails. It can also work well for sites that are specially designed to be view on mobile phones. But the Kindle won't work well for sites with complicated graphics.
