How do you download an E-Book for the strange NOOK reader by Barnes and Nobles?
Hello All,
I have an E-book that i have published on different forums (such as Amazon, Lulu, etc). I wanted to know how I can publish my e-book so that NOOK reader can purchase and download?
Does anyone have any ideas or can point me in the right direction?

Smashwords.com is beginning a deal with Barnes & Noble to allow Smashwords-published ebooks to be available through BN, and accordingly for the Nook. Only books properly formatted will be accepted into that program.

Other than that, you'd have to get a contract beside one of the publishers that BN carries in their ebook store.
There seems to be more than one request for information here. How do you download an e-book for the Nook? Via the B&N website or through the Nook itself when it is released, which it hasn't been yet.
As to how you get B&N to flog your book, that's between you, your publisher and B&N. If you have an agent, contact them.
